The Soaring Eagle Sculpture is another one of Bennet Brien's masterpieces.
The Soaring Eagle Statue was created by noted artist and University of North Dakota graduate Bennett Brien, an American Indian from Belcourt, N.D., and was donated by UND alumnus Colonel Eugene E. Myers (‘36, ‘38). The sculpture graces the UND campus and soars above the University's Soaring Eagle Prairie, a garden of flowers and grasses native to the North Dakota prairie.
